Congrats to Curvy Gals Mo'Nique and Chaka Khan, who were both recently honored by the National Association of Black Owned Broadcasters at the 25th Annual Communications Awards which were recently held at The Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in D.C.
The award ceremony was hosted by Steve Harvey. Also honored were Andrae Crouch for Gospel music, the Honorable Eric Holder was given a public service award, Chaka Khan and LaBelle were honored for their music, Mo’Nique was given an award for comedy and NABOB gave Cicely Tyson their Lifetime Achievement Award.You GO Ladies!
