Queen Latifah has invited budding singers and musicians to come
up with an original song for a duet for her forthcoming album "Persona."The rapper/actress launched the contest during Wednesday's People's Choice Awards, which she hosted, telling the audience she was looking for a "fresh new voice and a hot new song."
Just three entrants will be short-listed next month from all compositions received, and she will let fans decide who should win via an online poll.
The winner will get the chance to hit the studio with Latifah and record the track with her.
