Katy Brand (born 13 January 1979 in Buckinghamshire) is an award-winning English actress, comedienne and writer well known for her ITV2 series Katy Brand's Big Ass Show and for Comedy Lab Slap on Channel 4.
She is also collaborating with fellow actress and writer Katherine Parkinson on a BBC Radio 4 series called Mouth Trap.
Katy Brand's Big Ass Show is a British comedy programme on ITV2.The show features comedian Katy Brand in skits of real life situations and stereotypes, as well and celebrities such as Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, Angelina Jolie, Adele and Kate Winslet.
The second series began on 2 September 2008. The series is carried in Canada on CBC's bold channel as of October 2008, and in Portugal on RTP2, each Sunday latenights at 11:50 pm, on the "Britcom" strand (the first non-BBC series to be broadcast on this strand, and the last program ever aired before its closure).
Her parodies are all over You Tube and they are quite funny....
Seriously, this chick is like the UK's Plus Sized version of Weird Al Yankovic...except that she's pretty...lol.
