Move over Joan Rivers, R&B icon Gladys Knight is getting into the jewelry business.The Grammy-winning music legend has partnered with
Barrett LaRoda, CEO of the LaRoda Group, and Gary Rose, CEO of Robert Rose Jewelry, to launch the Gladys Knight Jewelry Line.
"I am excited to work with a company that shares our ideas of creating natural products that are not only environmentally friendly, but also create jobs. The affordable prices of the new line, along with quality and attention to family, is an unbeatable combination. I thank the Rose family for this opportunity," Knight said in a statement about her jewelry line.
Knight's signature accessories will be available in December and are slated to be carried in major department stores and on the Home Shopping Network.
