Dawn Martin - Dawn Martin is the CEO and founder of Just Dazzlind Productions. Her company's goal is to uplift, enhance, motivate, and celebrate the full figured woman. As a model for the past 21 years, Dawn has first-hand experience modeling and education, and has used her expertise to grow her two-year old company.
Sharon Quinn - Affectionately known as the Original Runway Diva, this 6 foot tall, shaved head beauty is statuesque, poised, graceful and striking. Her presence, style and unbelievable confidence is most recognized from her appearances on all three seasons of the popular Oxygen Network's show MoNique's F.A.T. Chance, MTV's Made, as well as on BET's Rip The Runway
Gwendolyn DeVoe - A a former plus model who now specializes in plus model training, development and management. Gwen has been a long time advocate and supporter of increasing the visibility of fuller figures on fashion runways and in 1998 successfully opened The Plus Academy.The conference goals are to uplift, empower, enhance and represent all plus size women; over the course of the weekend the conference will host detailed workshops on self imagery, spiritual awareness, financial success, nutrition, plus size modeling and runway walking.
