It is 3:31am and I am still up baking sweet potatoe pies.....I am so tired I can barely think...wait! I think I smell my pie....

Okay....so it's now 3:36 am and I have just put my last pie in the oven....I have about another 40 minutes and then I can take a nap so I can be refreshed when it's time to roast my cornish hens...finish up my string beans and put the mac & cheese in the oven.
