Karine Bakhoum - Plus Sized PR Diva on the Rise....

I have spotted this beautiful juicy diva several times on The Food Network's Iron Chef show. I watched her last night and it hit me how beautiful she is. She absolutely glowed on Iron Chef last night! It also occurred to me that quite a few of her fellow plus sized diva's may not know who she is or what she does.

And I consider it part of my job (as a voice for plus sized America) to make that introduction....So here's a little background on full figured and fabulous diva Karine Bakhoum!

Karine Bakhoum was born in Switzerland to a Coptic Egyptian father and American mother. Raised in Europe and in the States, she completed her studies in Comparative Literature at the American University in Paris, immersing herself not only in academics but also in the rich culinary world of the City of Lights. Her natural enthusiasm, creativity and vast knowledge of food made her a perfect candidate for entrepreneurship, which she jumped into in 1993 with KB Network News, a highly specialized boutique public relations, consulting and media networking company.
