Jennifer Hudson & Queen Latifah to Appear at The White House


According to USA Today, artists who are booked to play the concert at the White House in the East Room include Bob Dylan, Jennifer Hudson, John Mellencamp, Smokey Robinson, John Legend, Seal, the Blind Boys of Alabama and more. Morgan Freeman and Queen Latifah will both be emcees for the night. The event will also feature readings from celebrated speeches and authors that have made an impact during the civil rights movement.

The concert’s official title is
currently “A Celebration of Music from the Civil Rights Movement” and will be held on February 10 then air on CBS on February 11.
