Sherri Shepherd dating The WWE's MVP?

'The View' host Sherri Shepherd is used to sparring with her co-hosts during the Hot Topics segment of the popular ABC talk show.

Now the 42-year-old comedienne has taken the action to the wrestling ring and will appear on the May 1 episode of 'WWE Friday Night SmackDown' on MyNetwork TV.

The recently divorced mother-of-one is apparently courting WWE champion Montel Vontavious Porter, professionally known as MVP.

During the taping of the 35-year-old grappler's match against wrestler Dolph Ziggler at New York's Madison Square Garden earlier this week, Shepherd was ringside cheering on her dreamboy and even got involved physically.

MVP, who is currently the WWE United States Champion, will also make an appearance on the May 4 episode of 'The View.'
