This year THE BET HONORS, which pays tribute to the lives and achievements of leading African American luminaries, recognizes the accomplishments of legendary songstress Mary J. Blige (Entertainment); groundbreaking filmmaker Tyler Perry (Media); celebrated dancer and choreographer Judith Jamison (Education); businessman, philanthropist and basketball legend Earvin "Magic" Johnson (Corporate Citizen); entrepreneur extraordinaire B. Smith (Entrepreneur); and the Honorable Congressman James E. Clyburn (Public Service). Hosted by talented actress Gabrielle Union, the second annual show will premiere on BET during Black History Month on Monday, February 9 at 9:00 p.m.*
Honoree choreographer Judith Jamison has most definitely joined the ranks of the Curvy Girl Nation! I love the fact that she looks like she's rocking a shaved head...in reality...she's still hanging on to those last few gray strays....she would look FABU totally shaved!!!

Queen Latifah did a nice job with the Rose Royce classic "Wishing on a Star"

Yup, Yup!!! Anita Baker has also joined the ranks...she was looking SERIOUSLY thick and I gotta say fam.....I thought she looked good! (big sigh on the black dress though....)

Cedric The Entertainer was on hand with his wife Lorna

BET Chairwoman & CEO of BET Networks Debra Lee looks beautiful in Blue (She really is quite a beautiful woman!)
